One of the best online first-order retail shopping experiences that I have ever had! I ordered during COVID and the week of Mother's Day- the shipping was very very fast, the order & shipping communication were superb, the packaging was quite thoughtful and extremely well done, and the overall customer service was over the top. Now the food- my mother is a 'foodie' and said "the food was delicious and extremely high quality" and she wishes she could eat like that every day! The tea cozy was "too beautiful to use and is for decoration only." I will definitely be coming back to shop here, not only for my mother. This store is supremely the best!

I am highly impressed how well they pack all products. I order food in glass jars and perishable products. They all arrive in excellent condition. Jars were never broken, very carefully and securely packed. I love this store and will continue to buy from them. Customer =service contacted me to clarify my orders. Our family enjoys your products, as they are reminders of our past heritage of "Old Russia". Sorry we live so far away in Florida, so we do not order perishables. We have an Eastern European Market here that carries Russian food products etc. We do not like "Soviet Communist Symbols" but understand that it is a part of Russian History. Thank You for being responsive if we have any issues.

All the products I have bought have been top quality. Very professional packaging and super shipping !

Order was shipped quickly, which made me happy but the package did not include all the items I ordered (missing the pickled tomatoes) so I will not likely order from your site again unless you can refund me for the missing items.
