I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

I love this webaite. I love cooking and trying new things. Especially when I get to cooking Polish foods, I can find everything here. Anytime I have had to contact someone, I use email, and they are very timely, and kind, as well as the shipping is fast and well accounted for. I highly recommend.

So many wonderful products. Delivery is very prompt. Well packaged. My order arrived in excellent condition. Products are fresh and very tasty. Will continue to order from Russian Food USA and have recommended to family and friends.

I am happy to order from a Russian Food USA they send Products in the special package and what have to be in the ice is in the ice, everything is the same like on the picture I ordered.

Ordered both a decorative box and a bag of Kremlinka cherry candies which were absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. Also ordered the Pushkins Fairy Tales calendar which was lovely, and the price more than reasonable. I was expecting an email with tracking info that I never received, but discovered I could get that info by simply going back to the website to check my order. I found the shipping costs to be quite high, and the few small (and rather light weight) items I ordered were shipped in a very large box with tons of packing peanuts. This could have easily been shipped more cheaply through USPS Priority mail. But the items were received in a timely manner and I was pleased with everything. Will definitely order again but hopeful that they will rethink their shipping options. All in all, a very good experience.
