Glad to find this store who sells my favorite European flavors and delicacy! I love smoked meats and salamis and finally I can order from one company who has wide selection! I order monthly and always food takes fresh and comes well packaged . I live in Florida and we don’t have such delicacy in my area! Thank You for good service! It takes few days before fulfilling order but shipping is fast 2-3 days! Appreciate it! Thank You again!

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.
