One of the best online first-order retail shopping experiences that I have ever had! I ordered during COVID and the week of Mother's Day- the shipping was very very fast, the order & shipping communication were superb, the packaging was quite thoughtful and extremely well done, and the overall customer service was over the top. Now the food- my mother is a 'foodie' and said "the food was delicious and extremely high quality" and she wishes she could eat like that every day! The tea cozy was "too beautiful to use and is for decoration only." I will definitely be coming back to shop here, not only for my mother. This store is supremely the best!

Quick and Excellent Service.

14 oz Krinos taramasalata is very difficult to source and shipping prices are kooky! I lucked out with RussianFoodUSA.
I bought 1 dozen, qualified for free shipping, and within 6 days or so I was enjoying this superb product with a large tumbler of chilled vodka.
Well packed in thermal material.
My thanks, talk again in about a year when I need to replenish!

I turned to this company because he one where I got preserved walnuts quit making them. I have not tried these as I bought them for gifts. They were beautifully packed and arrived in a timely manner. However, the cost of shipping (not your fault) was greater than the cost of the product. I am going to have to find a source closer to home for future purchases

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.
