Excellent balance between Phat and meet. While it doesn’t have the extremely pronounced smokiness of American bacon, The fresh meat in this of it far surpasses anything available in the main stream here.

I have tried the plain, the honey and now this. All three are quite good, the two flavored varieties I have tried have just the right amount of flavoring without overtaking the essential flavor of the kvass.

This bread is marvelously dense without being over bearing. Wonderfully deep flavor without being cloying.
