Note that for classic Ajaran Khachapuri one needs Imeriti cheese, not Sulguni!
Sulguni is only put on top of Megrel Khachapuri, after putting in Imeriti cheese!

This is excellent suluguni cheese! It is just the way it supposed to be. It has nice creamy taste,soft texture and little tartiness. I use it for khachapuri and it comes out absolutely perfect! Some people use mozzarella instead,but in my opinion it's not the same. If you are using this suluguni cheese you will get the most delicious Khachapuri!
This cheese was still cool when it arrived - very well packed. (I paid extra for fast delivery.) It is quite fresh and pleasant. I have not had sulguni cheese, and I see from other comments this is not sulguni cheese. It looks and tastes just like fresh mozzarella.
