I placed the order with RussianFoodUSA first time a few days ago and received everything within a week. I was impressed with the process . Everything nice and easy. Packages came on time, packing is impeccable . I wish other company do the same. The only comment I have is that I did not receive any shipment notifications and was clueless on when my order will arrive. The rest is excellent.

The stores didn’t have my usual go to Beet horseradish and didn’t know if they were getting any in, I searched on line and read great reviews about this product so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! It’s one of the best I’ve ever had! Slightly sweet but has a great kick! So flavorful!

For quite fast delivery and products! Everything is fresh, was wrapped and packaged properly. We were glad be able to get stuff we wanted, but couldn't get from our local store due to quarantine.
The only couple of things I'd appreciate to be done differently:
1. I would appreciate receiving responses to emails sent to you couple of times, inquiring about your shipping/delivery process and time frame.
2. The way you put couple of different items (1/2 lb of one time of candies with another ones) together in the same bag. It was hard to check and verify if I received what I ordered.
