The products I'm receiving are very good in general. But summer shipment quality was awful. Only two small ice packs were included, insulation was definitely not enough for summer time and the products arrived all warm, some deformed and even spoiled even with 2-day shipment I paid for

I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

So many wonderful products. Delivery is very prompt. Well packaged. My order arrived in excellent condition. Products are fresh and very tasty. Will continue to order from Russian Food USA and have recommended to family and friends.

Очень довольна покупками все дошло за 3 дня и это в момент эпидемии и неясности в стране магазин сработал как часы! Так держать ребята! Friendly and courteous customer service. Occasionally out of stock on specific items I am looking for, but mostly good selection.

Our family enjoys your products, as they are reminders of our past heritage of "Old Russia". Sorry we live so far away in Florida, so we do not order perishables. We have an Eastern European Market here that carries Russian food products etc. We do not like "Soviet Communist Symbols" but understand that it is a part of Russian History. Thank You for being responsive if we have any issues.

This website was excellent for getting a variety of classic Russian snacks quickly in the US. Everything we ordered was fresh and well packed. Prices were very reasonable.
