I loved it, very soft, just melts in your mouth, very pleased with the taste. The skin is soft. Overall, I've enjoyed it with potatoes "v mundire", fresh garlic and "Borodinskiy" bread. Taste of childhood

Wonderful, delicious! Just wash off the extra salt, add grated garlic ???? and pepper и будет вам счастье! Пальчики оближешь, язык проглотишь. Во рту тает, особенно с литовским черным хлебом .

This was my first time trying salo. I found it to be delicious))) I ate it on black bread(rye) with mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. I found no reason to wash the salt from the salo.

It has a little bit of extra salt (it is covered with salt), but I just washed it out with cold water. Overall it tastes great and it is the finest quality salo, juicy and tender...melts in your mouth. I would highly recommend to all!
