While not as good as homemade it’s still quite good. A little salty but it is very flavorful. 1 packet of Рассольник was fine for two of us. I cut a thin steak into small pieces and added them into the soup. This would be good to have in the cupboard for when you’re sick and don’t feel like doing real cooking. Just boil some water and stir.

My daughter had this in Minsk and fell in love with it. Only place in the US I have been able to find it. I would use slightly less water than recommended though.
