This fish has a more granier texture. Liked the taste overall.
As a lifelong fan of smoked fish, I was surprised to find something that I'd never tried before - and I'm so glad that I decided to order it! It's absolutely delicious, not overly salty (letting the wonderful smoked flavor come through fully), and so tender that it practically melts as you take a bite. I have a new favorite now!
Oh my...I'd never tried this before, didn't even know what kind of fish it was - but I generally love smoked fish and thought, why not? This is a smoked fish lover's dream. Buttery, smooth texture with the perfect amount of smoky flavor, and the taste is out of this world. Step aside, smoked salmon!
