I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

I have been buying Russian food usa beauty products for 3 years and now look 2 twice my age!!! I am so happy!!! The wonderful products on this site are truly an experience of Russia and a delightful treat to your skin!!! I suggest natura siberica as a really good product!!! Smells fresh like real flowers... not a mock sugar flower essence but the actual flowers. The foot hair nails and face treatments as well ALL WORK!!! Trust me you won’t be dissatisfied with RussianFoodUSA products!!! Thank you Russian Food!!! You’re awesome! Ya lyubov vas!

The products I'm receiving are very good in general. But summer shipment quality was awful. Only two small ice packs were included, insulation was definitely not enough for summer time and the products arrived all warm, some deformed and even spoiled even with 2-day shipment I paid for
